VOMA and our partner Bottle Works Arts on 3rd Avenue will again be hosting Ethnic Fest Block Party on 3rd Ave. We will be featuring a variety of food, art and craft vendors a great selection of domestic and craft beers, free gallery exhibits and awesome music entertainment.
